Qigong with Barbara

Qigong with Barbara

BENEFITS OF QI GONG

Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese meditation and healing practice. The benefits of qigong include improved balance, greater mental focus, lower levels of stress and anxiety. In these Five Element Qigong classes, Barbara will guide us through a series of warm-ups, stretching, and flowing movements that activate and guide the Qi through the body. Each class is followed by a guided or silent meditation.
