Join us for Qi-Gong, a gentle form of exercise combining simple movements,  self-massage and breathing techniques based on ancient Chinese Medicine. Sponsored by the Friends of Burke Centre Library. Attendance is first come, first serve up to 20 people. No registration required. Adults.
