Prenatal Yoga

Join us to explore breathing, yoga poses, and relaxation techniques which can help you strengthen and calm your body during pregnancy.  Many techniques we explore will also be helpful for labor, delivery and post-natal as well.  No yoga experience is necessary.  Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel.  Adults.  R.
