Come join us as we experience the benefits of yoga while seated in a chair. We will use breathing techniques, poses, relaxation, and meditation to exercise and instill a sense of calm in our bodies and minds. This class is perfect for seniors, office workers, or anyone whose yoga practice may be best done while seated. No yoga experience is necessary. Adults. R.
