An instructor from My Gym McLean will lead a school-aged fitness program. This program combines cardio workout with strength and flexibility exercises. We focus on specific muscle groups, play games, and add fun nutritional tips. Our goal is to enhance children's strength and conditioning while developing a healthy lifestyle. Ages 6-10. R.
