The Library Board of Trustees is starting an effort to expand access to Library branches throughout the County. This effort is being called the Coalition to Expand Library Access (CELA). CELA supports expanded Library access: more hours to serve residents seven days a week that are consistent amongst all branches, and an expanded collection to serve the increased Library use that will result. This group is a collaborative effort between the Library Board of Trustees(Ad Hoc Library Hours Funding Committee), the Library Foundation Board, Friends groups and other community organizations.
