Celebrate Black History Month learning a bit about when Washington D.C. was known as Chocolate City. Bring your thoughts, comments, and questions about not only Chocolate City, but what it's like--or you imagine it's like--living somewhere where folks may or may not be integrated by race or by how much they can afford to spend.
