Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or don't know what you are feeling?

This program is a fun outlet to help you understand your emotions.

Each attendee will get a small journal to track their weekly mood with 3-5 colored markers, then they will choose between two activities provided to follow up on in the second part of this program.

Ages 10-14.
