A personal journal is a place to record what is happening in your life--out in the world and your interior life of thoughts, feelings, dreams, fears, hopes,.

Some folks like prompts to get started, such as "what was the weather like?' or "One positive thing from today."

Others perfer to express themselves through poetry -- one's own or song lyrics or a favorite poem.
Blank journals will be provided, along with markers, pens, stickers, etc. to make it your own.
