Crystal S. Hamlin-Tramack, is a retired US Army Medical Service Officer and Disabled Veteran. As a former full scholarship collegiate Track and Field sprinter, and now Masters competitor, she is passionate about empowering women to better Health and Wellness. She has successfully impacted the lives of countless women and veterans guiding them towards better health. 

Her book, She needs to Move Something to live: Improving your Health and Wellness in 3 steps, is about her own journey with physical fitness, how it's postively impacted every area of her life and has tips to empower others towards better Health and Wellness.
