Tai Chi (Reston Regional Library)
The ancient Chinese practices of Tai Chi combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises, embracing the mind, body and spirit. Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for the health of both mind and body. This class is held in person at Reston Regional Library. Registration is required. Adults.
