Sangeeta Sinha, MBA and M.Ed, strongly believes in incorporating meditation into one's daily life to attain peace and joy. She’s been working in the field of Information Technology for over 20 years. Sangeeta has been active in teaching children how to meditate, conducting meditation workshops both for the general public as well as for colleagues at work.
