Meditation and Forgiveness: Healing the Heart
Forgiveness means freeing yourself of the past. Often, the biggest challenges in life come from the mind's disturbances – persistent thoughts, regrets, fears, worries and long-held grudges. Meditation opens the door to being able to forgive, both yourself and others. The Zoom link will be sent via email one day before the program. For adults.
Arlene Samsel has been meditating for 25 years. She has been an elementary school teacher and has also performed publicly as a musician for many years. In addition, Arlene was director of a camp where she taught children how to meditate.
