Mindfulness for Every Day Life
Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the current moment and aware of our thoughts, feelings and sensations. By achieving this, we are better able to connect with ourselves and the world around us. In our fast-paced world, personal and environmental stressors can disrupt our ability to be mindful. In this group, we will define what mindfulness looks like for us individually and explore activities that allow us to rehearse mindfulness in our everyday life. Adults.
