This class is suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. The practice will be available both on the chair and mat. Please bring your Yoga mat.
ABOUT REBECCA BURGESS
Rebecca has been teaching yoga for over ten years. Currently, she is aligning yoga practice working with aging and memory care. She has also worked as a school social worker in Colorado. She believes her role as a teacher is to create a safe and caring environment for everyone to practice yoga.
