TAI CHI Lessons at the Oakton Library
Parts of classes:
- Every class begins with the warm-up exercise.
- The first class will be reviewing "The first 12 movements of the Simplified Yang TaiJi 24 forms".
- From the 2nd class and forward, one or two movements of (the movement 13 to 24) the Ji 24 forms will be introduced.
- Every class ends with one of the eight movements of 8 Brocades.
Although not necessary, all participants are encouraged to have some knowledge of TaiChi (TaiJi)
This event has 8 sessions. Registration is required for each session.
