Focus Family Academy is proud to partner with a Fairfax regional library to present a practical self defense skills seminar for ages 12 and up.  In this one hour seminar, your instructors will focus on body awareness, situational awareness, and simple, practical self-defense skills that can be used in a variety of situations.

We will take the most practical situations… And practice what to do. Ways to respond, and the BEST ways to stay safe.

Students always learn and retain more when they come with a friend or family member! This program is designed for parents and teens, but everyone ages 12 and up is welcome.  Please pre-register to attend.
