The citizens of New Orleans are thrilled that the owners of the old Madison Avenue Mansion are hosting the annual Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball again this year.  However, everybody knows that when events are held at the mansion, something always goes wrong. Nonetheless, outside of a few mishaps, the Mardi Gras galas are the talk of the town.
