Intergenerational Japanese Folding Fans

Intergenerational Japanese Folding Fans

Celebrate a sliver of the diverse cultures, heritage and traditions that are inspired by Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. In May's intergenerational craft program, we'll introduce you to the history and art of the Japanese folding fan. You will then make and decorate your own paper folding fan. There will be a limited number of pre-assembled fans to decorate. Age 8 and up.
