“Qigong for Health and Healing”

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of self-healing through the cultivation (Gong) of life energy (Chi).
In this class, we will learn a complete movement practice to enhance and refresh our energy, breathing practices to calm and
settle our minds and heart, and self-massage to enhance our energy flow.  Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
