Conflict Resolution Workshop

Conflict Resolution Workshop

Why conflict resolution? Conflict resolution can bring people together in events of disagreements or misunderstandings. It can help deepen relationships. It is all about tackling problems as a team rather than attacking each other. In this workshop, we will practice the anatomy of peace structure, a model for conflict resolution, along with polarity analysis at home, at work, and even in our communities.

Before each class, the attached form will be distributed to those who register. You can reflect on the conflict you will bring to the workshop. The certified coach will explain each part of the form with questions to reflect on. Then, we will reflect on each section together. You can keep it personally or share it with the group (as much as you are comfortable.) There will be no recording. This is a monthly workshop focusing on the practice of conflict resolution.
