Yalda (Winter Solstice Festival)
Come to Oakton Library and celebrate YALDA, the Winter Solstice! The festivities will include crafts, music, activities, and cultural displays. In addition, the attendees will participate in other traditional celebratory activities and enjoy black tea and Iranian sweets.
FarsiSpeakingKids and the Oakton library staff will be providing the crafts and music, and the Friend of Oakton Library will be providing the refreshments. Help us celebrate the longest night of the year together.
