Chair & Mat Yoga Class
This class will be led by a trained yoga instructor, Christine Clardy. Her class will focus on building strength, balance and flexibility of the body and mind. We will use both the chair and yoga mat during this session.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Christine Clardy has been practicing yoga since 1995 and began sharing its teachings with others in 2016. She holds master’s degrees in American literature and in religious studies, loves learning, and looks forward to meeting you in class!
