About ECS Yoyo

Northern Virginia Experimental Chinese School was founded by a group of parents in 1991 and was registered in Virginia as a non-profit organization. We promote education in the Chinese language, as well as cultural retention among the next generation, and hope to foster a community to support these efforts. Our school has a yoyo program as an extra curricular program where students can learn how to do yoyo. Our youth yoyo ambassadors have performed in many community events and competitions throughout the years. Our goal is to engage in community service activities, team building exercises, and promote culture through Taiwanese yoyo performance. Today, we have 20 ambassador students, their ages ranging from 6 to 15 years old.

About AMAC Taekwondo

At AMAC, we build strength, confidence and successful futures. Combined, our instructors have more than 70 years of teaching experience and will help you develop a strong foundation to build upon. We teach a pure version of Taekwondo that allows you to experience benefits like increased fitness, confidence, and discipline while improving your self-defense skills as part of an encouraging and fun community. Students earn belts at AMAC through hard work and dedication to their practice to help teach the importance of responsibility.

Taekwondo is about more than kicking and punching. At AMAC, our instructors and staff teach responsibility, good judgment, strong character, and life skills.
