Stroller Strides

Join us for a 45 minute total-body workout for moms or caregivers while engaging young children in a stroller. Children under 6 must be in stroller for duration of class. 6 and over are welcome, we'll have a table set up with activities to keep them busy! Crafts and playtime follow the exercise program. All fitness levels are welcome.
