Join us for a fun time making fresh summer rolls! Enjoy a taste of summer with fresh, healthy ingredients made with your own hands to celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage month.
Summer rolls, also known as Gỏi cuốn, are a Vietnamese dish that traditionally consist of fresh vegetables and meats wrapped in rice paper. For this program, you will have the option to make vegeterian or shrimp summer rolls.
