Explore, Learn, and Discover MakerLab @ Herndon

The Maker Lab @ Herndon is a space designed for people who love to learn, discover, and explore. It's a place where you can learn new skills, work on fun projects, and connect with other makers in your community. At our Maker Lab, you will have access to a variety of tools and equipment, including a 3D printer, sewing & embroidery machines, Cricut & Cameo cutting machines, robotics, circuits, arts & crafts and more. 

Basic supplies and instructions are provided. 

The Maker Lab hours are subject to adjustments or closures for special events and programs.

The Maker Lab tools & activities are for ages 5+. 

FRIDAY activities: 

  • Make Arts & Crafts @ Color Station 

  • Explore Microscope 

  • String Art 

  • Create Stop Motion Video 

  • Make a Button 

  • Jewelry Making Station 

  • Explore a variety of Maker Boxes 

An appointment is recommended to learn sewing, embroidery, 3D Printing, Cricut or Cameo machines.
