ECHO, Empowering Individuals for Life, serves adults with disabilities through vocational training, community integration and comprehensive employment services. Learn how a creative approach has enabled this 49-year old nonprofit to pursue its mission of providing lifelong support to adults with disabilities in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. This program is in collaboration with Loudoun County Public Library.
