Native American Heritage Celebration

Celebrate Native American Heritage Month with an authentic cultural presentation and dance demonstration by Eastern Woodland Revitalization.The program provides crafts for kids (while supplies last).

Eastern Woodland Revitalization is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the revitalization of traditional knowledge and practices of eastern woodland tribal communities.

Library works  with members of these communities to reclaim and preserve cultural heritage, provide educational opportunities for the general public, and provide collaborative opportunities for other organizations and Indigenous peoples. The goal is to promote cultural awareness and understanding while preserving and celebrating the rich history and traditions of these communities.
