Choking Our Planet: Microplastics Pollution

Choking Our Planet: Microplastics Pollution

Microplastics are tiny pieces of plastics smaller than a pencil eraser. They are everywhere, on the tops of mountains, in the oceans, in the air, and alarmingly even in our bodies! They are environmentally hazardous, yet still a little known pollutant.

Learn about microplastics from 5 scientists who have studied this polluant extensively, see Microplastics Speakers' Bios at the Download(s) section below. Discover the state of microplastics in our environment and how each of us can do our part to prevent microplastic pollution. Adults and teens.
