Local Author Book Festival

We are hosting our annual Local Author Book Festival at Chantilly Regional Library on Saturday, November 16 from 1-3:30 p.m. The Festival will feature local authors writing in a variety of genres for all ages. Authors will meet the public, talk about their books and sell any printed copies they may have available.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the Local Author Book Festival being held? Our Festival is being hosted indoors at Chantilly Regional Library, 4000 Stringfellow Rd, Chantilly, VA 20151.
What are the hours? The festival is scheduled from 1-3:30 p.m.
May we sell books and related merchandise (e.g., T-shirts)? Yes.
Will the library staff help with our book sales? No. Authors must manage their own book sales.
May I bring decorations? Yes. Space should allow authors to have displays. However, please be flexible…it may not be suitable.
What exactly will I be provided? To ensure we can offer space to as many authors as possible, two authors will share one 6 feet long table.
Will I have access to free Wi-Fi? Yes, but you may want to bring a hotspot to ensure reliable access.
