We Read Diverse Books

For kids ages 8 - 11:

Would you like to diversify your reading? Burke Centre has started a book club with just that in mind!

For March, in observance of Women's History Month, we'll discuss Who is Malala Yousafzai?

Read Malala's inspiring story and learn why she is the youngest person to win the Nobel Peace Prize.

Please read the book prior to our meeting and be ready to talk about it with others!

Kids ages 8 and up only, please, as the reading will be too challenging, and too mature, for younger readers.

*Books will be available at Burke Centre's Information Desk beginning February 1st, or feel free to find a copy on your own.*
