A Different Look at Conflict Resolution

A Different Look at Conflict Resolution

Most of us approach conflict with the hope of resolution—but often without full awareness of what we’re truly defending, needing, or longing for. This workshop invites you to look at conflict not as a problem to fix, but as a mirror that reveals deeper truths about your values, fears, and desires.

Through guided reflection, dialogue, and experiential exercises, you’ll learn to:

  • Uncover your true position—the deeper meaning and emotional stake beneath your surface arguments.

  • Clarify what you really want—beyond the impulse to win, avoid, or please.

  • Recognize your conflict style—how you habitually approach tension and what it protects or limits.

  • Transform reactivity into response by shifting from self-defense to self-understanding.

Instead of asking “How do I resolve this?” we’ll explore “What is this conflict showing me about myself and my relationships?” You’ll leave with new insight, communication tools, and a grounded sense of inner clarity that allows genuine resolution—within and between.
