Health Equity and Intersectionality: Women as a Special Population
Celebrating Women's History Month
The quest for health equity in women is impeded by various health behaviors and obstacles. To tackle these inequities, it's crucial to scrutinize the historical imbalances associated with womanhood and the difficulties arising from generic healthcare policies that overlook the distinct social determinants of marginalized groups, which cumulatively obstruct the achievement of ideal health.
