Meditation: An Antidote to Stress

Meditation: An Antidote to Stress

Explore the healing power of meditation and learn how to create peace in your life in spite of the stress around you. The stresses and tensions of life do not just affect our mind. Research shows a connection between our mind and body. This simple technique can be practiced daily for health, serenity and joy. During this program you will have the opportunity to practice this technique. Facilitated by longtime meditator Dave Buck. The Microsoft Teams link will be sent via email one day before the program. For adults.

Dave Buck and his wife, Nora, have lived in South Florida for over 20 years. He is a recently retired Senior Manager of Product Development Engineering with a Fortune 500 company. Dave has been meditating for over 45 years after spending two months with his teacher in India as a young man. He has found meditation to be an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the world.
