Discover Wildlife Photography
Join photographer Jeff Mauritzen during two informative presentations designed to greatly improve your travel, landscape and wildlife photography skills. Jeff will share images from his assignments and travels around the globe and offer up a wide range of techniques that he finds essential in creating great photographs. From the frozen Antarctic landscape to the humid tropical forests of Indonesia, high in the Andes mountains to underwater in the Pacific ocean, Jeff will take us behind the lens to share his perspective on what it takes to make a great photograph. This session will focus on wildlife photography.
About Jeff
Jeff Mauritzen's images have appeared in numerous publications including National Geographic books, magazines and calendars, the Washingtonian, Highlights for Children, Ranger Rick, the Virginia state travel guide, as well as a recent Wall Street Journal article about Antarctica. Jeff is also a seasoned and popular photography expert, guiding and lecturing on natural history-focused trips for National Geographic Expeditions.
