Gentle Yoga

Come join Library Foundation Member and Yoga Instructor Faith for Gentle Yoga. Learn more about the Library Foundation and the upcoming Library Foundation event Celebrating 30 years of Library Joy featuring Mychael Threets. Enjoy this soothing yoga class featuring a combination of gentle and restorative yoga with a short meditation to nourish the body and the mind including sound bowls.  We will quiet the mind and rejuvenate the body with gentle poses and transitions, then move to comfortable restorative postures and end with a short meditation where the mind is awake, and the body is completely relaxed.  Props - blocks, bolsters/pillows, and blankets - are welcome. Adults.
