Children's Day or Kodomo no Hi

In Japan, May 5th is Children's Day (Kodomo no Hi), when families celebrate the healthy growth and happiness of children. It became a national holiday in 1948, but it has been a day of celebration in Japan since ancient times. To honor Japanese customs, we will be decorating koinobori (carp streamers) as well as other traditional Japanese crafts.

For school-aged children, tweens, and teens (ages 6 years and up). Registration is limited 20 children.
