Estate Planning

Estate Planning

The Dean Law Firm will present on Modern Estate Planning – Recent Developments, Trends, and What Everyone Needs to Know to Keep Their Estate Planning Current. This will not be the same old “What is a will vs. a trust” seminar.  They will cover the general elements of estate planning and why estate planning is important both during one’s lifetime and upon one’s passing. Most of their time will be spent talking about Estate Planning in 2025 and beyond. Specific topics include probate avoidance, using trusts, dealing with retirement accounts, how to protect oneself in the event of incapacity, and AI and DIY in the estate planning world. Finally, they will try to answer questions the audience members have about planning.
