Relax Your Mind and Body Through Meditation

Being relaxed can help ease stress and tension. It can also relieve anxiety, depression and sleep problems. With true relaxation, you can tap into peace and calmness by quieting the mind. Your body in turn also reacts when you start to relax. This can have a profound positive effect on your overall well-being. Join Ankaj Goel for this informative workshop. Ankaj Goel is a Director of Quality Assurance in the Healthcare Industry and has many years of experience in problem-solving and quality assurance. He currently develops test strategies for applications and data products. He has been meditating for over 15 years and is very impressed with the results he has experienced personally. For the past 10 years, Ankaj has been conducting meditation workshops where he discusses the benefits of meditation and how to incorporate this practice into one's daily routine. Ankaj also teaches teenagers in the community about how beneficial meditation is by including this practice into their daily lives. He is married and has a son.
