Join the Virginia Room as they read Landmarks of Old Prince William: A Study of Origins in Northern Virginia in Two Volumes by Fairfax Harrison. Published in 1924, the book is a voluminous detailed early history of Northern Virginia covering the present-day counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford, and the City of Alexandria. We will virtually meet once a month on a Tuesday evening to discuss and comment on assigned readings. Landmarks of Old Prince William can be checked out at FCPL library branches or downloaded for free on Internet Archive.
