Share your recorded memories of Patrick Henry Library.

Patrick Henry Library and Historic Vienna Inc. (HVI) are collaborating on a project to record community members’ memories of the branch before its closure for renovation this spring. 

From March until renovation begins, there will be opportunities to schedule a recorded interview with a staff member at Patrick Henry Library or a volunteer with HVI. 

Interviews will be brief and guided by a set of focused questions.  Individuals or families are welcome to schedule

HVI will also have interview kits available for lending during the project.

The recordings will be uploaded and transcribed to the oral history collection in FCPL's Virginia Room.
