MakerLab Drop-in Hours at Herndon Library

MakerLab Drop-in Hours at Herndon Library

The Maker Lab @ Herndon is a space designed for people who love to learn, discover, and explore. It's a place where you can learn new skills, work on fun projects, and connect with other makers in your community. The MakerLab provides access to a variety of tools and equipment including: 3D printer, sewing & embroidery machines, Cricut & Cameo cutting machines, robotics, circuits, and more.

Drop-in time is self-directed.  We cannot ensure that staff will always be available to provide expert assistance with every device and tool, but we are committed to helping our Makers create and explore and make the most of this exciting library space!

The Maker Lab hours are subject to adjustments or closures for special events and programs.

The Maker Lab tools & activities are intended for ages 12+. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Babies in arms and strollers are not permitted in the MakerLab.
