More about the children's display cases at Kings Park Library:
A parent or guardian 18 years old or older is required to sign a Display of Privately Owned Articles form. Although every reasonable precaution will be taken to maintain intact any articles temporarily displayed or stored on the Library premises, it should be clearly understood that the Fairfax County Public Library cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to such privately owned art objects or materials. Display cases will be locked for the duration of display.
Cases are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only one display case/sign up per family is permitted at any given time. We ask that each individual/organization limit themselves to one registration per year. Families are welcome to add their items to the display case starting on the first day of their reservation. Please limit yourself to one set up appointment per display. All items should be collected on or before the last day of your display. If you are unable to collect your items on the last day of your display, please contact the library at LibKP@fairfaxcounty.gov to make alternative arrangements.
