Age Well: Move for Life — Strength, Balance & Curiosity at Any Age

Movement is essential to aging well — but fitness doesn’t have to mean rigid routines or high-intensity workouts. As part of our "Age Well" series, join movement educator and anti-ageism advocate David Wilson for an uplifting look at how strength, balance and playfulness can support lifelong well-being. David empowers adults of all ages to rediscover movement through curiosity and compassion. Learn how to break past self-imposed limits, embrace new ways to stay active and make fitness an enjoyable, lifelong adventure.

Presenter:

David Wilson is a movement coach and educator specializing in lifelong physical confidence. The founder of oldscoolmoves (Instagram: @oldscoolmoves) and anti-ageism advocate, he has developed a unique approach integrating rhythm, spatial awareness, and adaptability to help individuals move with greater ease, power, and control. David’s philosophy goes beyond traditional fitness — he focuses on movement as a tool for enhancing overall well-being, building capacity from the inside out, unlocking new possibilities for mobility and freedom.
