Retired GMU Professor of Public Policy Dr. Stephen Ruth will address the topic "Artificial Intelligence: Blessing or Curse?
Some claim that Generative AI will increase productivity, simplify administrative tasks, and expand analytical discoveries in science and economics.
Others fear it will threaten jobs, undermine the work of human creators, and compromise ethical and humane decision-making.
What does current analysis of these scenarios point to as Generative AI applications unfold and what will be their impacts on individuals and society?
