Meditation: The Gift of the Present
Join Daya Sharma for this powerful workshop that focuses on how to calm the mind that is constantly taking us into the past and the future. He will share techniques that one can put into practice to experience peace in the current moment. There will be a short meditation sitting. The Microsoft Teams link will be sent via email one day before the program. For adults.
Daya Sharma has been a Software Engineer for the past 20 years. He is also the cofounder of a Health Care start up company. Daya holds a Master’s in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's in Science. He has been meditating for over 15 years and has been giving workshops locally and nationally on the benefits of integrating this practice into our everyday lives. He enjoys providing workshops to help individuals use meditation as a tool to help them in their own development.
