Stories and Martial Arts for Kids
Our friends from Kaizen MMA studio will read stories and give a martial arts demonstration. Each child will get the chance to break a board! At the local Kaizen MMA studio, they embrace the philosophy of continuous improvement, rooted in the Japanese concept of “Kaizen.” Join us to find out more!
