Air Force Violinist
The instructor will discuss his career as a musician in the military. While there are many wonderful and exciting paths in music, the military is not one that is talked about enough. As a full-time active duty service member, the instructor frequently performs at the White House, the Capital, and the State Department for domestic and foreign dignitaries alike. In this lecture, he will discuss his life in the premier band of the United States Air Force, as well as his past musical experiences that led to joining the military.
Cosponsored by Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at George Mason University (OLLI Mason).
