Quilling for Beginners - Halloween Patterns
Join us to learn more about the art of quilling, which involves rolling, shaping, and gluing thin strips of paper to create decorative designs. We will be practicing with Halloween shapes and figures. Supplies will be provided - this craft will involve some sharp tools. Registration is required. Ages 13 and up.
